BLOC CIRCUIT

BLOC CIRCUIT combines cardio intervals using the treadmills and rowers, and total body strength exercises for a dynamic full-body workout. This class is built to improve endurance, burn calories, and boost overall performance. With scalable movements and motivating coaches, Bloc Circuit delivers an intense yet accessible experience for all fitness levels.

YOGA

Strong. Grounded. Balanced. Yoga at Bloc is the perfect way to stretch, restore and recharge.  Yoga is offered to all membership types with no extra fees, and available in traditional and express formats.

BODY PUMP (Virtual)

BODYPUMP is the original barbell workout, using light to moderate weights and high reps to get you lean and toned. Powering through squats, presses, lifts, and curls, they’ll work all their major muscles as they build strength and burn calories, getting fitter, faster. Virtual studio class.

DRIVEN ROWING

A high-intensity rowing-focused class that blends powerful intervals on the rower with targeted strength work on the floor. Designed to build endurance, increase power output, and elevate overall conditioning, this class challenges both your cardio and muscular strength in one efficient session. 

RPM (Vitural)

RPM is the cardio peak cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. An inspiring team coach leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. As you take on the terrain, you set your own resistance, discovering the athlete within as the simulated climbs and sprints drive them to push past personal boundaries and hit an endorphin high.
